We assign a dedicated team to your project and manage each settlement individually within a coordinated schedule. You’ll receive regular status updates and a clear timeline for every lot, so nothing catches you off guard.

Our fee covers contract preparation, all required searches and certificates, exchange of contracts, post-exchange management, PEXA settlement, and a full transaction report. Disbursements (government charges, search fees) are quoted separately and itemised upfront.

Yes. We prepare vendor contracts for off-the-plan sales, including sunset clause management, special conditions tailored to your project, and buyer correspondence through to settlement.

We do. Many of our developer clients use private lending or bridging finance. We handle caveat lodgement, mortgage documentation, and discharge authorities as part of our service.

For standard residential lots, we typically prepare contracts within 5-7 business days of receiving complete instructions and documentation. Turnaround times for larger or more complex projects are confirmed at the quoting stage.
