The only extras are disbursements: costs charged by third parties that every buyer or seller pays, whoever acts for them. We list them in your proposal so you can see the full cost up front.

Common questions
When should I contact you, before or after I sign?
Before, if you can. We review the contract and negotiate changes while you still have room to move. If you've already signed, call us straight away. In NSW buyers usually have a five business day cooling-off period, and we can explain your options during that time.
Which package is right for me?
Essentials suits simpler transactions such as newer properties and first homes. Premium suits investors, older properties and complex titles. Elite is a fully managed service for non-standard matters. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll recommend one in your free consultation.
Is the fee really fixed?
Yes. Your package fee is agreed in writing before we start. Disbursements are separate third-party costs, and we list them in your proposal so nothing comes as a surprise.
