Standard contract reviews are turned around in 48 to 72 hours. When your client is up against an auction or a tight exchange, we offer a 24-hour urgent review. Send us the contract and we will confirm timing straight away

Will you keep me updated, or just my client?

Both. We keep you and your client informed at each stage, so you are never caught out by a question you cannot answer. You will know where the matter stands without having to chase us.

Do you handle both residential and commercial transactions?

Yes. We act on residential and commercial conveyancing, for buyers and sellers, including off-the-plan purchases. Whatever the transaction, one team handles it from contract to settlement.

How do I refer a client, and does it cost me anything?

Book a call or send us the contract and we will take it from there. There is no cost to you for referring a client. Our fees are agreed with your client up front, with no surprises.
